Following the success of its 1st edition of its Innovation Conference in 2017, SCAI is organising the 2nd Innovation Conference focused on “Arbitrating the Future”. Join us for a new interactive discussion and brainstorming on innovative ways to claim, prove, and arbitrate future claims and future damage.
Participants will be encouraged to comment on the improvement ideas proposed by the panellists and to share their own ideas in view of the drafting of a joint paper.
Organised with the support of the Swiss Arbitration Association (ASA), the Conference will take place at the same location as the ASA Conference on 2 February 2018, so that travellers can optimize their time and travels.
