Corporate mediation and corporate arbitration

A seminar will be held on Wednesday 5 March 2025 to mark the publication of the book ‘Arbitration in the Netherlands, in particular NAI arbitration’ published by the Research Centre for Business & Law (OO&R) in cooperation with the NAI. During the (English-language) seminar, some themes from the book will be highlighted by authors and referees.
